What is ApnaBazar?
ApnaBazar helps you discover nearby kirana stores and restaurants, place orders through WhatsApp, and pay the shop directly.
Who receives my payment?
The shop owner receives your payment directly through UPI or pickup payment. ApnaBazar does not hold customer order money.
Do I need to download an app?
No. The experience is designed around the website for discovery and WhatsApp for action.
Is delivery always available?
No. Pickup is the default. Delivery is shown only where it is available or when a shop is taking delivery requests.
How do I know the shop is local?
Every listing shows the shop name, area, timings, and current pickup or delivery status.
What happens after I pay?
The shop reviews the order and confirms it. You then see whether it is ready for pickup or whether delivery is available.
